To find Conductivity get a battery, Wire and a light bulb. Connect the wire on the bottom and the top. Put the object on top of the top wire, put the light bulb on top of the object, if the bulb lights up then the object conducts electricity, if not the object doesn't conduct electricity. To find Volume get a measuring cylinder. Fill it about 1/4 of it with water , drop the object in the water whatever number the water goes to is it's Volume

Mixtures are substances made by combining two or more substances. But before we look at some Examples We must know some vocab.

Solution (Mixture that has a solute that dissolves into a solvent (if this confuses you look down below)

Salt Water (put coffee filter inside a sift. Put a pan underneath the sift, Pour salt water on the coffee filter. wait a few days, the liquid in the tray turned into salt)
Kool aid (put kool aid in plasic cup, wait a few days and the water will evaporate and the kool aid will soak into the bottle)
